Visa on arrival
For your stay in Bali / Indonesia you need a respective visa. Passports need to be valid at least six (6) months past your departure date. Many nationals such as Swiss, German, Austrian, French, British, etc. qualify for a visa on arrival which is valid for 30 days. Cost: US$ 35/visa. Departure
A departure fee of IDR 200‘000/person will be charged when leaving Bali. This fee can only be paid in local currency (IDR).

Credit cards are accepted but we recommend you carry enough cash. There are ATM machines for cash withdrawal with your ATM/credit card at the airport and in larger towns/cities. There are three ATM machines in the area of Amed plus one in Culik. There are two banks in Amlapura.
General health/vaccination
There is no vaccination required for Bali. Tetanus, polio and Hepatitis incoluation is recommended. There is no malaria on Bali. For further details, please contact the medical tropical institute nearby.
Mobile phone and internet access
The mobile phone net in Bali is working well in most areas. Please consider that roaming charges might be rather high. For further details, contact your provider before travelling to Bali. There is free Wi-Fi access throughout Bali Marina Villas. Many restaurants also offer free Wi-Fi.
